Inspired by the Not in Our Name Statement of Conscience, a panel of jurors gathered on Friday and Saturday to put the Bush administration’s policies to the test of international law and a jury of conscience. The tribunal focused on four categories: Wars of aggression, torture and indefinite detention, destruction of the global environment and attacks on global public health - with an emphasis on the AIDS epidemic.
